Indian Himalaya Changabang

Changabang ( 6864m ) Changabang is in the Garhwal Himalaya  in the north India state of Uttarakhand.  It is part of a group of peaks at the NE corner  of the Nanda Devi Sanctuary Wall -  a ring of peaks surrounding Nanda Devi and enclosing the Nanda Devi Sanctuary. Changabang is a particularly steep and rocky peak  and all routes on it are serious undertakings.
